Those Chinese people sure are strange but then again I’m sure that we are strange to them. It was great to be away but I am a little relieved to finally be home after a 30+ hour journey home from Ko Samui (Thailand). Warning for anyone going to Asia, 14 days in China with those squat toilets can be a bit daunting….Always, always carry toilet paper!

Favourite place was Australia hands down (my girlfriend will be happy about that). You can’t beat the weather, the people and the space. London feels so cramped, dirty and expensive in comparison. I don’t know how I used to put up with the public transport going into work, standing under someones armpit or 40 minutes every day for nine months going into a zombie sheep mode can ruin your will to live. The only good thing about it was the time I spent with my kindle.

Gotta a love Internet Marketing though, I am typing this post from my laptop sipping a cup of tea with my feet up.

The next BIG goal on my list is to make enough passive income online so that I can compete on the european poker tour. This is a great goal for three reasons:

1: Travelling Europe. I love travelling and the EPT competes in amazing destinations around europe including Monaco, Ireland, Barcelone and Prague. Just thinking about this is crazy, I cannot wait.

2: Poker. Poker is something that I could play 24/7 given the opportunity and if I could survive off pure passive income month after month through IM then believe me I would have a run at turning professional.

3: Internet Marketing. It will help inspire me to work hard at Internet Marketing. By having this goal I now know exactly what I need to earn to make it possible.
For this goal to happen I need to make £46,911.65 after tax to afford the tournaments alone and add another £10,000 for expenses. I worked it out and I need to be earning £227 a day or £9.50 an hour.

That’s that, my main goal for 2013 is to earn enough money to play every tournament on the EPT. With that done there will so much more that I will achieve along the way! I better get planning for my trip and then it’s hard work from April onwards…

There’s something that just happens when you watch his videos. There’s times when you know as an internet marketer you should be getting on with it work but some days you just end up staring at the screen. Every now and then I end up in these modes and it’s horrible, nothing worse than feeling bored and lazy. Sometimes when you’re in these modes you come across some content or video that after watching you feel like you just took a shot of adrenaline.

That’s what happened when I watched this video, annoyingly it’s 3:22 a.m! Fuck, I will never get to sleep now . Now I am in Gary Vee mode and I am about to watch a seminar he did in 2012, over an hour long video. But as we’re in between christmas and new year and I have nothing on tomorrow I am gonna watch videos until I crash. I will quickly post up the other video seminar in a sec, just in case you guys wanted to watch that too.

Whether you already own a business of your own, or you are just toying with the idea, the internet is an excellent resource that you can use to increase your profits. What it all really comes down to is having something to sell, getting people to see your offer, and then convincing them that they should take advantage of whatever it is that you’re offering. Of course, there’s a lot more to it than that, but those are the basics of how it works.

Perhaps you already have some experience with marketing in the offline world. An ezine is basically a newsletter that is delivered to the subscriber’s computer via email. The ezine will cover one topic and appeals to those who are interested in the topic. Each issue of the ezine may contain ads, but such ads will be competing with other ads as well as the actual content of the newsletter. That’s where solo ezine advertising comes in. This is where the publisher of the newsletter will send your ad to all of their subscribers, without anything else competing for the reader’s attention.

Safelist solo ads are a bit different. A safelist is an email exchange. Everybody that signs up agrees to read email messages in exchange for their message being read. Readers click a special link within the email to prove that they have read the message, so they can receive credit. The more messages you read, the more people you can randomly send to. However, if you pay for a solo ad you can normally choose how many people will get it, or (at the highest level) have it sent to everybody participating in the safelist.

The big benefit of solo ezine advertising is that the newsletter covers one topic. Therefore, if you sell a related product or service, then you can be sure that you are targeting people that will be interested in your offer. Safelists typically don’t have any requirement as to specific topics, so the targeting of safelist solo ads is more tricky. Your best bet with safelists is if you’re selling something safelist users would want; such as information on how to make more money with safelists.

Another big difference between the two is that ezine subscribers are more likely to actually read each issue they receive. So when they receive your ad, they are more likely to spend time to read it, and consider your offer. Safelist messages, on the other hand are not typically read all that closely. Why not? Because most safelist users are only trying to build up credits to get more people to read their ads. So, instead of reading each message, they are just hunting for the link that will give them credit, and then they move on to the next one.

Does this mean solo ezine advertising is better than safelist solo ads, or vice-versa? Not at all. It just means that you should understand the pros and cons of each one before you use it to market your own business using either one, or both, of these methods.

It is not that easy to run a successful advertising campaign on facebook as itís thought to be. You need proper tactic and planning to make your ad recognize among thousands of other. Below are some of the useful steps to make your experience a successful one. First of all identify a specific target audience for your product. Audience can be targeted on the basis of several factors like age, sex, education, geographical location and workplace etc. By targeting a specific audience you can easily make an ad which would attract them. For example, your advertisement is on color pencils, which means that target audience will be kids. You can create your ad by keeping in mind childrenís preferences.

Now your duty is to get peopleís attention. For that purpose you have to decide how to make people directed to your page. After that you can update the viewers on regular basis. Another thing to be considered is the limited space for headline and body content. So use it wisely. Make this decision very carefully and wisely. Whole impact of the ad depends upon the selection of right image. Users of facebook are very image driven, so always test or plan this element.

Plan your budget in an organized way. Keep balance between the budget and expenses. You can choose between Cost per Click and Cost per Impression. Cost per Click is considered to be more effective in facebook advertising in which you have to pay per click. Decide your average cost per click. Initially make it less as you are just testing.

You can make your campaign successful by creating multiple ad versions. You can easily make similar ads once you have create one. Just be familiar with the facebook advertising guidelines.

Moreover once you have launched a campaign, you can take help from ëFacebook Insightsí which is a nice reporting tool. It provides you information about the actual interest of people clicking on your ad. By following these few tips one can get a high response from viewers.
